By accessing or using ValiSurvey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

ValiSurvey is a survey creation and management platform that allows users to create, distribute, and analyze surveys.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account
Protecting your password and access credentials
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ValiSurvey to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Collect sensitive personal information without proper consent

5. Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content you create using our service. However, you grant us a license to host, store, and share your content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process any data through our service.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by ValiSurvey and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ValiSurvey be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
